The staff was very friendly, the gastronomy was gourmet style, the wellness was fabulous, the room was very clean, the hotel's color is mediterran style, almost everything is available (bycicle rental, play store, baby friendly services, good wellness, sport programs, etc... Very recommended!
The basin's water was cold a little bit. Only a few of hihg chair available

Very good value for money. A nice quiet place in the middle of nowhere. Perfect for relaxation.
The spa area and the bathroom should be maintained a bit better. Both are very clean but missing mosaics don't look good in the jacuzzi.

The hotel's sauna world was really good and worth the cost. The staff was accommodating and allowed for flexibility with dinner and wellness reservations. The room was spacious and clean with a fine view of the sunset, perfect for up to 6 people. The half-board meal option was fantastic, with delicious Hungarian cuisine.

Very good breakfast and dinner. Free parking places in front of the hotel. Free Wi-Fi in the room. Connection with the spa by indoor pasage. Nice clean rooms with air conditioning.
There is no outdoor swimming pool. No mineral water in the hotel spa. In the restaurant and bar staff did not speak English

I cannot think about anything, it was simply wrong choice.
The staff at reception didn't speak proper English and there were kind of unfriendly. The room was not in a good shape. Especially the bathroom was very stinky and not properly cleaned. Food was ok but don't expect any gourmet. The other quests were mostly elderly people. The hotel spa facilities are exteremely small. In order to enter the Buk spa you need to pay extra 8e per person but we don't recommend. The quality is very bad, it is stinky, cheap looking, good reminder of communist time. They try to re-build it but at this time it only adds dust, etc. I strongly don't recommend either this hotel or buk spa for people who are used to higher quality hotels or spa.

Visited this hotel during the New Year holiday season and had a great time. Enjoyed the thermal spa and wellness area, all newly renovated, definitely worth the stay. The direct connection to the spa was very convenient, and the beauty section exceeded expectations. The location is perfect with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was a highlight - there was a huge selection of items to choose from. A great way to start the day!
Sadly, service and amenities were not as expected. The staff seemed surprised by some requests and were not always helpful.

Direct entrance to Spa from the hotel lobby. Very good food. Nice big quiet rooms.
Very poor wellness in the hotel (mess). Red-haired waiter very unpolite.

The hotel had an amazing spa with thermal waters, sauna, and steam room. The buffet was great, offering local dishes and international choices. The location was perfect for those looking for a peaceful retreat in nature. There were plenty of walking trails around the hotel's garden and the surrounding forests. The hotel also offered various activities, including bike rentals and Nordic walking.
Some of the staff members weren't friendly or helpful, especially at the front desk. The room I stayed in had some issues with the heating, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. The hotel's vicinity was a bit isolated, and to reach nearby towns, I had to drive for quite a while. the hotel had its ups and downs, but I was happy with the spa facilities and the peaceful surroundings.

Enjoy peaceful relaxation in an idyllic setting far from the noise of the city. the well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms provide an enjoyable stay. the buffet breakfast caters to all tastes, serving fresh food and beverages to start the day. You can look forward to a rejuvenating spa experience or take a dip in the medicinally infused pools.
The staff could have been more welcoming, and sometimes, they struggled to communicate in English.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, away from the tiring city life and offering a peaceful atmosphere. The staff provided excellent service, from the room service to the car hire and bell staff/porter. The room was cozy and clean, and the dining room was very nice. The food was delicious and the buffet was always fully stocked. I also enjoyed the variety of beverages available throughout the day, including good beer, nice red wine, and even shots in the evening. The connection with the spa exceeded my expectations, providing a fantastic experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to others.
